Here’s the title track of Ducktails’ (Real Estate’s Matt Mondanile’s solo project) new album Flower Lane, which is due out January 29th. It’s not quite as laid-back as Ducktails’ previous releases, but a bit more anxious and 80’s-tinged. Looking forward to seeing what Mondanile will do with this new sound.
